Guided Self Marma Session (Virtual) For Chakra Balancing During this session you will practice centering Marma meditation and then be guided through the activation and balancing of the 7 chakras via gentle massage or pressure applied to specific Marma points (acupressure points) corresponding to the 7 chakras.
